Baroda BNP Paribas Mutual Fund has announced that Mr. Vivek Kudal has been appointed as an interim Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of Baroda BNP Paribas Asset Management India Private Limited (AMC), in place of Mr. Zeid Saraswala, with effect from close of business hours of Friday, October 16, 2026,
Mr. Vivek Kudal shall continue to be COO & CFO of the AMC. The background and work experience of Mr. Vivek Kudal as Key personnel is part of SAI of the Fund.
