IIFL Finance Limited submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited and the National Stock Exchange of India on October 13, 2026, detailing confirmations received from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, regarding dematerialization of securities for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.</p>
