Magnum Ventures Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that Mas Services Limited, its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, has confirmed compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.</p>
