Prima Agro Limited informed the BSE Limited that Mr. S K Gupta, Chairman & Managing Director of the company, died on October 13, 2026, according to a regulatory filing. The company will convene a board meeting after cremation rituals to appoint a Pro Tem Chairman, and the outcome will be communicated to the stock exchange. Mr. S K Gupta was also the Chairman & Managing Director of Prima Industries Limited.</p>
