Yogi Infra Projects Limited submitted a certificate to the BSE Limited and National Securities Depository Limited, confirming receipt of a confirmation certificate from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, the company's Registrar and Transfer Agent, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, in compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018.</p>
