The acquisition involved a cash consideration of Rs 1608.352 per share, with Centra path Labs Private Limited reporting a turnover of Rs 20.5 crore in fiscal year 2026, Rs 23.7 crore in fiscal year 2025, and Rs 20.8 crore in fiscal year 2024.</p>
