Som Distilleries confirms timely dematerialized securities handling through Mas Services As on : 13-Oct-2026

Som Distilleries and Breweries Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange and National Stock Exchange of India that Mas Services Limited, the company’s Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, has issued a certificate under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the period July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026, confirming the handling of dematerialized securities within the stipulated timeframes.</p>
