Samrat Pharmachem Limited informed the BSE Limited that it received a certificate from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming the acceptance or rejection of securities for dematerialisation and their listing on stock exchanges.</p>
