ICICI Bank allocates equity shares to employees under its stock option scheme As on : 15-Oct-2026

ICICI Bank announced the allotment of 113,464 equity shares with a face value of Rs 2 each on October 15, 2026, under the ICICI Bank Employees Stock Option Scheme- 2000, according to a filing with the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited.</p>
