DIGJAM Limited informed the Bombay Stock Exchange Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. that M/s MCS Share Transfer Agent Limited, the company’s registrar and transfer agent (RTA), has issued a certificate under Regulation 74(5) of the SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the period from July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026.</p>
