Vedant Fashions Limited informed the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited that KFin Technologies Limited, the company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, has certified compliance with Regulation 74(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026.</p>
