Valiant Laboratories Limited informed the BSE Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited that it has received a certificate under Regulation 74(5) of SEBI (Depositories and Participants) Regulations, 2018, from MUFG Intime India Private Limited, formerly Link Intime India Private Limited, for the quarter ended September 30, 2026, confirming that all securities of the company are held in dematerialized form.</p>
