Ajel Limited’s board appointed Maddukuru & Associates as statutory auditors, effective October 2026 As on : 13-Oct-2026

Ajel Limited informed the BSE that its board approved the appointment of M/s Maddukuru & Associates, Chartered Accountants, as statutory auditors to fill a casual vacancy, replacing M/s G M K & CO. LLP, with the appointment effective from October 13, 2026, and subject to shareholder approval at an Extraordinary General Meeting. The company will convene an Extraordinary General Meeting on November 6, 2026, to seek shareholder approval for the auditor appointment and has also scheduled a first Extraordinary General Meeting for October 13, 2026, via video conferencing.</p>
